Strain Gauge Measurements

In addition and complimentary to our strain gauge installation service we also offer to carry out your complete strain gauge measurement project.

This service features:

• Competent consulting at the customer's site for defining scope and expenditure of the strain gauge measurement
• Performance of strain gauge measurements  on customer's structures and parts with up to 64 instrumentation channels (measurement points)
• Quarter-, half-, and full bridge configuration measurements
• In addition to strain gauges inputs from potentiometric sensors, load cells and piezo-resistive aecceleration meters possible
• Thermocouple and general voltage inputs via adapters
• Measurement of static and dynamic signals up to 10 kHz analog bandwidth
• Sampling rates up to 100 kS/s per channel
• Due to mains independant power supplies (10 bis 36 V) mobile, battery operated measurements on board of vehicles possible without any problem
• Complete documentation of all test parameters
• Data reduction and presentation according to customer specifications, and submitting of data in desired format
• Full test report on request
